prohibited from firearms ownership under RCW 9.41.040. Additionally, rifles,
shotguns, and other long guns, and C&R firearms may be sold to other legal
United States Citizens. However, only Dealers with a valid FFL, Washington
State residents and resident military members may purchase a handgun from
